How does it work?
Thanks to Sympatex®, water doesn't get through, the wind stays out, and your body breathes naturally. With a 20,000 mm (water column) waterproof rating , the membrane offers maximum protection, even in the heaviest rain. Unlike conventional microporous membranes, Sympatex® is a solid, hydrophilic membrane: it blocks external water while allowing the moisture vapor produced by your body to escape.

The result: you stay dry, comfortable and protected, even in a downpour or facing a cold wind.

RESPONSIBLE TECHNOLOGY

Some waterproof membranes use PFAS, nicknamed “forever pollutants”, known for their persistence in the environment and their accumulation in living organisms.

Although they offer effective protection against rain, these substances raise questions about their long-term impact on health and the environment.

With Sympatex®, this compromise does not exist: the membrane is 100% free of PFCs and PTFE, made from recycled polyester and fully recyclable at the end of its life.
